She loved to sew and crochet and shop at Goodwill stores.
She collected teddy bears, hummingbirds, lighthouses, Elvis records and alot of other things. Her favorite saying was "Pickles" (instead of "oh, darn it!")
In 1980, she got to visit her middle son and his family in Hawaii and fell in love with that state. She always wanted to go back but never got the chance.
When she was younger, she loved to roller skate. She almost lost her left leg due to circulation problems in 2007 but her oldest son fought the doctors who didn't want to do anything for her. See, if she lost her leg, then she would no longer be able to skate in her dreams.
In Sept 2007, she lost her oldest son to a heart attack. After that, she lost the will to go on. At 6:45am the morning of April 8th, God felt she had had enough and called her home. I know Kim was waiting with open arms for his mom.
